StumbleUpon works like a 'traffic exchange' but it is hundred times better. There are over 4 million members and if you get just 1% of them visiting your website, that's 40,000 visitors!
Now, go to StumbleUpon.com, click on "Join SumbleUpon" button, select your user name and password and proceed. I recommend that you install StumbleUpon Toolbar. It is important and it will help make your job easier.
Incidentally, your StumbleUpon URL will usually be: YOURUSERNAME.stumbleupon.com where YOURUSERNAME is your user name created during the sign up process. They don't mention this, I don't know why.
